Feisal is Juldee's
non-executive chairman and provides strategic guidance
to the board and president. Before Juldee, Feisal was
the VP of Marketing and Product Management for Agiliti
Inc. where he created a world-class PR and Branding
program culminating in Agiliti receiving the Top 100
Upside Award. Feisal was previously the VP of Marketing
and Strategy at Jamcracker Inc., where he helped launch
the company and establish their Product Management,
Business Development, Channel and Marketing Programs.
Jamcracker was included in Red Herring's Top 100
Companies to watch and entered the market with one of
the strongest startup launches in 2000.
Feisal's experience
includes several years of growing B2B start-up
businesses at Hewlett-Packard and IBM UK. Until 1999,
Feisal led HP's worldwide New Business Ventures efforts
focused on Internet business and developed the
HP
E-Services Venture Fund. Before that, he ran Marketing
and Business Development for HP's Internet Software
Business Unit, where he helped build six new Internet
'startups'. His cross-functional experience spans
leading software development and managing sales to
investing in venture funded startups.
Feisal has extensive
experience with mission-critical enterprise environments
and has held positions in technical consulting, VLSI
engineering and been director of marketing and an
advisor to venture funded companies. He launched HP's
Praesidium (Internet Security) product line worldwide
and grew revenues to the multi-million dollar range in
12 months. He launched HP's high-end transaction
processing thrust in 1993 and helped HP become the
market leader in 3-tier client server deployments by
1994. He also defined the business plans of new HP
ventures such as Smartcards, Information Utility
Computing, VerSecure.
Before HP, Feisal
led IBM UK's Distributed Transaction Processing Sales
and Marketing, managing the P&L for that business in
the U.K. Earlier, Feisal was at IBM's Hursley Labs in
the UK where he developed mission-critical software such
as CICS and MQ.
Feisal has a
Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Physics from Imperial
College, University of London and a Master's degree in
Electronics Engineering from Durham University,
England.

Andy
Keith
Business Development

Andy has over 18
years in the technology industry as a strategic
marketing and business development leader. He has been a
lifelong evangelist for interactive technologies and new
media including e-learning and knowledge management,
multimedia authoring platforms, and NetMarkets. Most
recently Andy was Director of Business Development,
NetMarkets at TechRepublic, a leading Internet community
for IT professionals, then part of Gartner Group. Prior
to that he was Director of Product Management at
Time4.com, an online reservation portal; and VP of
Marketing at Reality Interactive, a provider of
e-learning and knowledge management solutions. In
addition, Andy has held leadership positions in
marketing and product management at several different
technology companies, including Macromedia Authorware,
Ideal Learning, and Crosfield News Publishing
Systems.
Andy has provided
business technology consulting on the use of technology
for learning, communication and knowledge sharing to
Fortune 500 clients including General Motors, Qwest,
West Publishing, and Microsoft. He has presented in
numerous venues including the Conference Board, the
Interactive Multimedia Association, the Microsoft
Developers Conference, and the International Quality and
Productivity Center.
Prior to entering
the business world, Andy was a faculty member and
Program Director at the University of New Hampshire at
Manchester, where he authored and administered a federal
grant project under the U.S. Department of Education. He
holds a Masters in Education from Lewis and Clark
College, and a BA in Theater/English from California
State University at Northridge.

Taha Khedro

Integration
Taha is a technology
consultant, visionary, and leader with over ten years of
technical and business experience in middleware, EAI,
B2B and XML integration, P2P computing, and distributed
Internet technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer
Aided Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford
University. Taha is currently engaged with Verizon
e-Business and Bechtel IT senior management and
executives to develop B2B and EAI strategies and deploy
enterprise-wide integrated solutions with leading EAI
and B2B vendors.
Taha has been the
President and CTO of Attivo Software, Inc, a startup
software company he founded to develop highly scalable
and reliable XML software infrastructure for enabling
integration and collaboration of Web-based and desktop
applications. While at Attivo, he built a top-notch
engineering and senior management team and delivered the
company's products to leading companies.
Prior to founding
Attivo, Taha worked as a senior architect/manager in the
advanced technology group of TIBCO Software Inc. where
he led key development and integration projects for
major companies including Compaq, Nike, and Philips
Medical Systems. He was also involved in the design of
TIBCO's core infrastructure technology. Taha has worked
at Stanford University as a research scientist and
consulted for several major software companies. At
Stanford, Taha pioneered the development and application
of distributed agent architecture and led a project with
leading institutions such as MIT and CMU to deploy
integrated applications over the Internet based on the
results of his Ph.D. work.
Taha received a BS
in Civil Engineering, an MS in Civil Engineering, and an
MS in Computer Science from North Carolina State
University. Taha has over 29 publications in major
journals, magazines, and conferences in the US, Europe
and Asia. Taha was recognized with several honors while
pursuing his Ph.D. at Stanford and has been frequently
invited to speak at academic and industry
events.

Haddad

Kevin Haddad leads
efforts to create and implement product marketing,
business development, solution services and strategies
for corporations seeking the mobile efficiencies of
mobile business application solutions. Kevin helps the
executive team on a broad spectrum of issues spanning
marketing, planning, implementation, maintenance and
technical support services. He also assists corporations
in creating new mobile distribution channels for their
products and services.
Prior to consulting
with Juldee, Kevin was the Director of Professional
Services at Nokia. Kevin built the Professional Services
and Market Development organization from the ground up
in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Kevin
focused on the consultative selling of wireless Internet
applications, products, solutions, and consultative
services to enterprises, wireless carriers, and
ASP/ISP/WASPs. Kevin provided business and technical
consulting to enterprises striving to extend their
product and services to reach their mobile customers and
employees.
Kevin brings a rich,
diversified marketing and business development
background with practical experience applied to wireless
telecommunication and wireless data application
development. He played a very strategic role in the
development of technology and business models that
enable operators and technology providers to deploy
mobile services, and examine implementation of
e-Commerce solutions in the corporate market.
Before joining
Nokia, Kevin was with Nortel Networks where he was
responsible for product marketing for GSM Networks voice
and data. Kevin defined product strategies and
established marketing plans that included product
roadmaps, naming, packaging and pricing of products
based on extensive internal and external competitive
research and input from customers. Kevin also provided
recommendations for improving wireless terminal product
lines and improved operations in product development,
quality, software design, and customer specific
features. Kevin also identified strategic partnership
and acquisition opportunities and participated in key
consortia and standards organizations for new product
opportunities.
At Texas
Instruments, Kevin was responsible for concept design
specification, product design and development,
evaluation, design validation, documentation, and
planning. Kevin managed resources necessary for high
quality, cost effective design and manufacture of
complete electronic assemblies in compliance with
established requirements (schedule, cost, form, fit, and
function).
Kevin has a Masters
in Telecommunications Management from Southern Methodist
University and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
from University of Texas, Arlington.

Piyush
Shukla

Piyush Shukla is a
seasoned high technology executive with a successful
track record of bringing innovative technologies to
market. Most recently, Piyush was the Director of
Product Management at Otelnet, Inc. a platform solutions
provider to wireless carriers. At Otelnet, Piyush worked
with carriers to define solutions to help carriers
discover new markets, reduce churn and increase
ARPU's.
Prior to Otelnet,
Piyush was the Senior Director of Products at Vivaldi
Networks, a digital receipts infrastructure company. At
Vivaldi, Piyush was responsible for setting product
direction. Prior to joining Vivaldi, Piyush had
responsibility for the Product Management of SGI's
(Silicon Graphics) Linux and Windows NT server operating
systems. He identified market opportunities, developed
business and technical strategy and oversaw the
successful execution and development of the SGI Linux
Operating System and NT Server OS for a new line of
SGI's Intel based Servers.
At SGI, Piyush also
held responsibility for WebFORCE MediaBase, the premier
media streaming and management product. He defined the
product, guided its transition to Internet based
technology and oversaw it's successful deployment in
over 250 customers. WebFORCE MediaBase was successfully
spun-out as a startup.
Previously, Piyush
worked at market leaders in the database and application
tools area, holding P&L responsibility for products.
Engagements included development of add-on products
strategy, management of channels and partners, and
product definition.
Piyush has a
Bachelors of Commerce from Sydenham College, a BSBA and
MBA from Youngstown State University.
